Walking into this comprehensive Morbi house is like entering an exceptionally well-equipped lavish house for an extended family. This is a step house home as client's vision was to have a home that has a huge feel and levels moreover aids to create privacy in spaces however associated with one another. The prominent facade captures the bystander's vision through the drama created through dry cladded Kandla grey stone with the triangular geometry, Egyptian patterns and motifs in entrance.
This house has 5 bedrooms, living room along with a family sitting area, dining room and kitchen, double height puja room, triple height entry foyer, recreational area, huge size home theatre with 24 recliner chairs.
Muted design principles are used, blended with natural tones, warm and cool shades with pops of colours, elements showcasing Indianness, brass inlays, stone walls and jalis make up the palette of entire home to make a balance in luxury, rootedness, suaveness.
The efforts were in creating an outfit of spaces that function in contiguity to one another and are well amalgamated into the volumes. It coincides with use of various materials that adds the perfect amount of charm.
